Introducing Blue Turnout Project

ATLANTA, GA - The value of a Democratic Congressional win is greater this year than any other time. In a country that has a history of long seen voter suppression, increasing wealth inequality, racial injustice, and the growing impact of the climate crisis, Blue Turnout Project is mounting a sustained effort to ensure a blue future.

Our goal is within reach, and it starts with Georgia.

Flipping the U.S. Senate to a Democratic Majority comes down to Georgia.

The emergence of Hispanic and Asian-American voters in Georgia can help make a Democratic political win a reality. The mission of Blue Turnout Project is to fill critical gaps within political organizing and engagement to include Asian and Hispanic communities across the state of Georgia.

“All eyes are on the Asian-American and Hispanic vote. Asian-Americans and Hispanics played a decisive role in the presidential election with record breaking turnout. They can do it again, with the same impact when it comes to the Senate,” said Mustafa Tameez, Founder and CEO of the Blue Turnout Project.

Together, Asian and Hispanic communities represent nearly half a million voters in Georgia -- a political force large enough to shift the election.

Two critical U.S. Senate seats will dictate partisan control of the upper chamber of the United States Congress. Our focus until Election Day is concentrated on turning out Asian and Hispanic voters to help elect Democratic candidates Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff.

A Democratic Congressional victory in Georgia opens up an avenue for enacting progressive policy to make real change on a number of key legislative issues core to Blue Turnout Project’s mission.
